The SA Government concluded a contract with Pfizer which excluded all conditions, warranties or other terms, whether by statute or common law, to the fullest extent. Pfizer also expressly disclaimed any representations or warranties with respect to the vaccines … including the vaccines’ fitness for its particular purpose.
